Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
The International Space Balloon Summit in Mongolia brought government, universities, and space researchers together around a public launch and a scientific program. The event took place under presidential patronage with ministry and university partners.
The original 2024 program names MARSA as general organizer and Wakayama University among the co-organizers. Kagawa College’s annual report documents a summit presentation at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. National Park launch and scientific conference
The first day centered on a public balloon launch at National Park in Ulaanbaatar; the next day brought participants into a scientific conference. Coordination linked the participants and program across those two settings.
The work was organizational: align institutions, support a public-facing event, and give researchers and students a reason to meet around the same project.
